Day 1 Raw Food challenge

Good Day Subscribers,
I was finally able to pull up the video for this mornings, The ingredients for Day 1 Raw food challenge Breakfast.

1- lg. lemon
1- lg. cucumber
2- med red apples
4- celery stalks
3- bunch spinach
1- bunch fresh parsley
     A juicer, a cutting board and a knife. Cut fruits into large chunks, when adding parsley and spinach be sure to add it along with chunky fruits for a better blend. Enjoy!
