Black Eye pea, quinoa & Kale

I love quinoa as you can tell, so naturally it back with another quinoa recipe. This is my own made up dish, I wanted to try with pea. And it's absolutely delish!
1- bunch fresh kale washed and chopped into bite size piece
2- cups of red quinoa cooked and set aside in a larg bowl
2- cup black eye pea rinse, soak and boil for approximitaley 1 hr set aside, let cool
1/2- red onion diced and sautéed 
2-cups cherry tomato 
Combine kale to cooked onion let sautéed add tomato and black eye pea. Add a pinch of salt, basil and red pepper flakes, let sautéed for 10min. Combine veggies to quinoa, mix together.
