Spicy Quinoa Stir Fry


Ingredients:
3- cups red  quinoa cooked
2- cups carrots diced
2- cups diced red pepper
2- cups Brussels sprouts chopped in 1/4
2- boil corn shaved
1- smoked turkey drumstick chopped into small pieces 
1- red chili pepper finely chopped
In a large pot heat 1 tbsp of olive oil on med heat. Add smoke chopped turkey let cook off about 5 min or until golden brown, a veggies let cook for about 5 min then add cooked Qunioa.
